About Me
It is my intention to be a guide, confidante, cheerleader, accountability partner, and co-creator on your health and well-being journey. It is possible to thrive in the midst of global chaos and personal challenges. If this is a goal during this season and time of your life, consider partnering with me.

I’ve been a therapist, social worker, activist, speaker, life-skills trainer, and mentor coach for over 20 years. My journey to earn each of these titles is filled with tragedies and victories.

I know what it feels like to be among those who experience what I call “its”, (sh-t happens), and the subsequent consequences of the unexpected “its” that happen in our lives. I also know what it feels like to rise beyond the wreckage caused by the "its", and to step boldly into well-being, self-realization, and power. For me, rising is accepting that life is perfect in its imperfection.

Perhaps you want to learn about the benefits of examining sadness, grief, anger, trauma, anxiety, self-worth, confusion, or unhealthy relationship patterns. Maybe you’re experiencing difficulties during a transition from one phase of life to another, and exploring your true passion may be your goal. Or, if you are among the “worried-well” with a pressing issue that is keeping you from living your best life, this could be the time to release some of that pressure.

Are you interested in learning more? Perhaps I can be of service!
